The Mission of the El Paso Coalition for the Homeless is to provide organizational structure, planning, advocacy and effective common systems for the continuum of programs that in turn help individuals and families return to permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
Our Vision –Homelessness will become rare and brief
Through collaboration and coordination of efforts and an effective balance of programs, El Paso’s Continuum of Care will meet the diverse needs of persons at risk of becoming homeless, homeless individuals and families who can transition to a return to self-sufficiency, and those homeless who are no longer able to be totally independent.
Our Structure
The Coalition is a Texas non-profit corporation and is tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).General membership is open to all and dues are kept low.Members elect a Board of Directors and the Board employs an Executive Director.
